The doctor directly examines and assesses the aging condition of the upper eye socket. From there, they advise on treatment methods and calculate the amount of fat expected to be taken for injection into the client’s eye socket.
Step 2: Explanation, trial for the client to see, visualize the results after treatment
The doctor explains and may perform a trial for the client to visualize the expected results of each method to reassure the client and ensure the results meet their expectations.
Step 3: Health check and testing
Clients will undergo a general health examination and some tests, ultrasound… (if necessary) to ensure they meet the standards before performing eye socket filling surgery.
Step 4: Detailed measurement according to the chosen treatment method
The doctor marks and measures the eyelid crease, then calculates the appropriate amount of autologous fat to proceed with eyelid fat injection.
Step 5: Disinfection and local anesthesia of the eye area
The doctor performs disinfection and local anesthesia, helping the client not to feel pain throughout the procedure.
Step 6: The doctor performs the surgery
The doctor performs liposuction in the designated area on the client’s body (abdomen, thighs,…). The fat is placed into a centrifuge and filtered to be ready for injection into the eye socket.
After that, the doctor injects fat into the previously marked upper eye socket.
